Joe Manganiello rose to fame on True Blood by playing an extremely buff werewolf. Manganiello first got in incredible shape by firming up his diet, eating oatmeal, green beans, chicken, fish and apples. Manganiello’s workout includes strict 7-day a week gym training, with 45 minutes of cardio each day before breakfast and alternate days of heavy lifting. He even wrote a book about his diet to share his tips of how to lose weight with others.
